Default Welcome to the new section!!

Well on behalf of the admins and mods I would like to say welcome to our brand new Wildlife and Conservation section!!!

As you all know, I'm a mod that particularly loves talking about how we can help Wildlife strive in their natural habitats. As our world changes ever so rapidly, we have to accept that wild animals are no longer safe - not just because of human developments but because of natural occurences too.

We have a duty, with all of our technology and knowledge, to help keep animals safe and promote their wellbeing. This is one of the main purposes of this section! Here you can learn all about native wildlife, national and international conservation programmes and what YOU can do to help animals all over the world. This is yet another feature, exclusive to Reptilicious, and we hope you will take pride in it as much as we will.

Feel free to share your thoughts and add to this section as you would any other. We hope you enjoy this exciting new venture!!

All the best,

Babygyal - Jenna

Cool new section. It's a good way to make people more aware of the world they live in.

Thanks all mods and admin. This is the kind if section everyone really has an opportunity to help with, I know that in the UK there isn't many wild reptiles but all the species that you keep may eventually have to returned to the wild and probably in Oz too!

We do have wild reptiles just probably not in the same high numbers, majorly down to our climate here.
For one i dont see why any of our captive reptiles would have to be released into the wild, many of the CB species probably wouldnt survive in the wild here, and climate as ive just mentioned is probably one of the main factors.
