For the love of all that's holy it's time already for my big 'Red Hot' female to have her babies! She dropped her plug last night or early this morning so she should get on with it! She is out of her hide tonight and has that shiny look to her like she is ready. She is in the upper 130 day range and huge. She was bred to a tiger so she may have red hots, tigers, and maybe...just maybe if I am lucky...'Red Hot' Tigers .

She had her waxy stool or 'plug' so she should be unloading them. She is giant and she has gone long enough that I am hoping for a bunch of full term babies...maybe somewhere in the teens. Last time she had 8 and here are pics of some of them...











So her bred to a tiger has me pretty excited and I can't believe for one second that I will get a tiger striped animal with these colors...it just can't happen

Thanks...I'm stoked with what I have accomplished with the 'Red Hots' since I started them and some of the babies have been phenomenal. I actually have a female from '06 that should go this season and she will be bred to another 'Red Hot'...so my fingers are crossed for that breeding!

Just checked in on big red mom and she is sitting tight for now. I can't wait to post some pics for you guys!
