Default Hamm with a Difference

Hamm with a difference

Many of our customers have asked for a longer trip to the Hamm show so we have organised this one which is in addition to the normal trip as well

Friday March 12th 2010

Departing from our many pick up points in Manchester, Birmingham, Cardiff, Reading and Bristol we set off for the evening meet up at our exclusive pick up point in Ashford. Here you can have a good meal and drink at a very reasonable price before we set off on the Eurostar to Calais, which is Just a 35 minute crossing.
The first stop will be just across the Belgium Boarder where you can top up on those duty free goods and have a free hot drink. We then set off towards Germany with one or two more refreshment stops before we arrive at the Hotel Mercure At around 9pm leaving plenty of time for a meal in the many restaurants local to the hotel or a stroll around Hamm before going to bed.

Saturday March 13th

After a Wake Up coffee we set off for a short 10-15 minute drive to the Terraristika centre where we enjoy an eat all you like breakfast, which includes full English, pastries, cereal, fruit etc. We then give you your entry ticket to the show so there is no need to Queue.
Throughout the day there will be regular shuttles to the hotel so if you don’t want to stay the full day but would rather do some local shopping or sightseeing you can take full advantage of these. The rest of the day and evening is yours to do with as you wish. Then back to the hotel for a good nights sleep.

Sunday March 14th

After breakfast we again set off for the trip home. Again with refreshment stops enroute. We arrive back to the Uk at around 4-5pm getting you all back home by 11pm (Furthest Drop Off)

All this for just
Single Person with own room £340 TOTAL
Couple with double room £490 TOTAL
These are total costs not per person costs and include
Return Coach Travel to and from the Show
Return shuttle crossing from the UK
2 nights first class accommodation in the Hotel Mercure
Coffee in the Hotel before the show
Eat all you like Breakfast before the show
Shuttle to and from the hotel throughout the day
No Queue tickets for the show
The services of 5 experienced show travel organisers and a Veterinary Nurse

For booking this trip we only need the hotel room to be booked by the end of December 2009 with the balance due by the end of February 2010

I hope James can, but the big problem we have is getting enough of you to cover the costs from up there, its more to get you all down here than it is to get us over the Hamm.

All we need is 12 or 13 of you guys, we can lay on a bus then, may even be able to sort out a few other collection points.

It can be done, but only if it covers the costs. I think the long journey puts many off, maybe we can go back to looking at an overnighter.

its a pity but again the scottish people dont think when looking at trips to hamm, i have known a few groups that have went over by mini bus costing more than it would cost by coach but dont realise/believe me until after the fact.
