He is very ill

Not eating or moving much at all and has blood in his poop, we have only had him about 2 months, and he is a yr old.

So we taking him to the vet, just hope we can save him.

Was he/she on its own or do you have others?

Just keep an eye on the others just in case it was something contagious.

He was on his own in the front room, which i use for quarinteen. Had hin in late dec, and 2 days ago he seemed off, and now he is dead, we found blood in his poo, and was arranging to go to the vets with him, but this morning he was dead, he went from being fine to dead in 2 days!!

They have a nasty habit of doing things like that hun...Something internal that you have no-way of knowing about until it's too late!!!

you did all you could ....he had gone before you had chance to get him looked at, i think its soo hard to correctly diagnose an ill rep as they can go downhill so fast, and other than being a lil off initially you can never be sure whats the cause until you get to vets, in this instance time was not your friend and if he went downhill so fast there was probably nothing you could have done anyway, although it wont feel like that at the moment....i know words wont lessen your loss, but looking at it from the outside i cant see what you could have done in the time frame you had that would have made the outcome any different.
