Default Beardie dry food??????

just wanted to find out if anyone fed there beardie the bearded dragon food and if it was any good????

I've never tried it with mine, they get a variety of livefood and veg to eat. They'll eat most stuff though, they're not fussy!

As long as your livefood is properly gut loaded, and you feed the right kind of fruit/veg your lizard with the dietary supplements, they should be fine.

Not knocking the dried food, I've just no experience with it, that's all.

im sure itsprobably more fun for your beardie to have the veg and bugs than just the dry food, especially as they have to hunt the bugs. Cant see pellet hunting being that demanding

In my experience mine won't touch it. Good diet of bugs and salad including vits and weekly nutrabol will see them ok

I bought some just to try it out, but Cheif wont really touch it. He's took a few munches from when it's been offered, but overall not as good as fresh veg

I have yet to find a beardie that likes dried food - even when you add water to it to moisten it they seem to hate it
