Hi mate depends what tickles your fancy are you a Arboreal or Terrestrial person?

I have a fixation for Terrestrial species personally and would always welcome a Chile Rose (Grammostola Rosea) into a collection for its docile placid nature altho im a sucker for the proverbial "Pet rock" . Thats if you can cope with the fasting i have one here that has not eaten for 2 years but is perfectly healthy this is normal in this specie. Or the Aphonopelma genus which have some very colorful additions Chalcodes being one common for this is Desert Blonde, again very placid can fast at time as well. If you like something with a little more attitude then Phormictopus Cancairaides (Haitian Brown) these have quite abit of aggression and will eat anything you chuck at them, same with the Lasiodora Parahybana (Salmon Pink Birdeater) which get huge and eat like machines. All these are easy to care for and normal terrestrial conditions will suffice for them.

Arboreal species which require height rather than floor space species i would recommend would be probably Avicularia fairly easy to keep require highish humidity but also a fresh flow of air. Also pterinochilus Murinus (Orange Bitey thing) which i think are semi Arboreal through experience are easy to kep but are very nimble movers so attention when doing tank maitenece as these will escape at every given opportunity.
