Default mdf vivarium

hi all ive been building my own vivs for the past few years now and im going to be building a viv stack for my snake, just woundering weather mdf would be strong enought to make the vivs with dont worry about it getting wet as i will be painting both inside and out in an aqurian paint which is non-toxic.

mdf is quite heavy i think a lot heavier than the usual board you would use. But have no idea how strong it is.

MDF would be fine; I'd run with that myself over conti, especially if you're going to paint over.

MDF would be fine. Just remember to use a dust mask when you cut it because it contains formaldehyde which is a carcenogenic.
