Lilworm, Dubias are the one for you then Buy 100-200 and leave for a couple of months, just feed them and let them breed before you use any for food.. It will be very beneficial in the end and you will see your livefood bills reduced dramatically!

I have both lobsters. turkistan and dubia roaches I used for my beardeds but now as my beardeds have gone, due to my worsening health problems, I've sold a lot off but still find I've got loads of them in the tanks in the cellar lol.

I have had roaches for years as they never stop breeding. I just use a tank with plenty of egg cartons with vaseline around the top edge which prevents them escaping. I do not use any heating at all.

Any Dubia roaches you find about the house have probably got out of the viv when being fed to the reps as they really can't climb glass like lobsters do.

I feed mine after they've been in the fridge for 10 mins to slow them down gives the reps a chance of catching them all before they get away. I tend to put a piece of egg carton in with the roaches then put that in a cricket tub which then goes in the fridge.
