Default White spot help!!!!

My fish have grain like white dots on them like sand-and some seem irratated. If its white spot, got treatment here-but my dwarf froggies I fear will have to come out during treatment. Question is...will I need a heater in their little tank if I have to separate.

hi seperate your frogs to another tank (using a heater ) and then dose the main tank although the clown loach(es) are very sensitive to treatment so you may have to dose at half strength, another way is to turn up your heating to 30c as this sometimes kills off the spores and in anycase the clowns prefer this temp, leave this way for a couple of weeks and then gradually turn temp back down to usual, don't add any more fish for a couple of months to be sure hope this helps Paul

Thanks. We have separates them and gave the tank a half dose (because of the loach) but I fear he has died.
